We've heard your requests! This fall we will begin hosting periodic conversations to create space for exploring or already using the women's version of Radical Mentoring.

I’d love to invite you to join me on Wednesday, September 25th, at 12:30 p.m. ET to connect with like-hearted mentors, leaders, pastors, and church staff. Joining this conversation will be Gretchen Bredemeier, the Minister of Spiritual Formation at Leesburg Community Church. 

Gretchen is also a mentor and will discuss her experience leading mentoring groups and leading mentors. We will talk through some of the lessons she learned along the way, like...

• How to navigate the discovery process of mentoring and how to launch well
• How to ensure that your group is a mentoring group and not just a book club
• How to love the agenda but remain flexible and open to the needs of your group
