Every other month, we bring together active mentors, church staff, and pastors to build community, encourage one another, and share best practices for creating environments where people grow deeper with one another—and with God.

For our 2026 All-Mentor Conversations, we’re leaning into the wisdom and experience of Radical Mentoring mentors and partners by inviting them to share their stories, lessons learned, and best practices.

Our next conversation takes place on Thursday, June 11th, at 12 p.m. ET, and we’d love for you to join us.

This conversation will focus on how mentors use the books to foster the growth of the group and the mentees. We will be joined by one of our local Atlanta mentors, Gerry Rogers.

Gerry is a longtime friend and mentor to Radical Mentoring and was a key member of our team that built our national best-practices guide, which we use for mentor training. 

Gerry will share some of the key books he uses, but more importantly, he will talk about how he uses them in the process and how he continues to challenge his mentees.

He will share what he has learned—and create space to hear from you as we discuss practical ways mentors can continue to grow personally, spiritually, and relationally.
