Every other month, we bring together active mentors, church staff, and pastors to build community, encourage one another, and share best practices for creating environments where people grow deeper with one another—and with God.

For our 2026 All-Mentor Conversations, we’re leaning into the wisdom and experience of Radical Mentoring mentors and partners by inviting them to share their stories, lessons learned, and best practices.

Our next conversation takes place on Thursday, April 23rd at 12 p.m. ET, and we’d love for you to join us.

This conversation will focus on how mentors foster growth in their groups. We will be joined by longtime friend and mentor Roger Igielski.

Roger is the Executive Pastor at Bridge Church in Waukesha Wisconsin.  They have used Radical Mentoring since 2018.  Roger will share his Radical Mentoring story and the journey for Bridge Church.

You will hear how they embrace change and are willing to try new things as they continue to use Radical Mentoring to grow their men.  There are churches around the country that use Radical Mentoring because of the impact of the process on Bridge Church.

He will share what he has learned—and create space to hear from you as we discuss practical ways mentors can continue to grow personally, spiritually, and relationally.

We are better when we grow together. Come ready to share what’s working in your mentoring and to learn from others doing the same.

Whether you’re just getting started, exploring what Radical Mentoring could look like at your church, or have been mentoring for years, this conversation is a great opportunity to learn, connect, and be encouraged.

Don’t miss it—join the conversation!
