For our 2025 All-Mentor Conversations, we’re leaning on the wisdom and experience of Radical Mentoring mentors and partners to share their stories and insights.

We’re excited to welcome Ray Snyder and Bill Bredemeier to lead our time together. Longtime mentors and friends of Radical Mentoring, Bill and Ray, both lead Radical Mentoring groups in very unique ways, yet are always looking for ways to stay sharp and have greater impact with the process.

They will share their Radical Mentoring journeys: how they got started, what they’ve learned along the way, and how they continue to sharpen their focus as mentors.
