Every other month, we gather our active mentors, church staff, and pastors to build community, encourage each other, and discuss best practices as we create mentoring environments where people can go deep with each other and God.

For our 2025 Mentor-to-Mentor conversations, we are relying on Radical Mentoring mentors and friends to share their stories, best practices, and lessons learned. Our next conversation will be on Tuesday, April 15th, at 12 p.m. ET. 

John Richie, the recent author of Courage Required, will be our guest speaker for our All-Mentors Call on April 15.

John is an executive coach in Atlanta, Georgia. He has worked with business owners and CEOs for the past 20 years. John’s coaching is at the intersection of business, faith, and counseling. “Courage Required“ is the result of years of his coaching clients asking him to write a book. He currently coaches thirty-five leaders on a monthly basis.

John is also a multi-term member of the Board of Directors for Radical Mentoring and has led multiple mentoring groups for more than a decade. He has been married to his lovely wife, Martha, for 47 years, and they have three married children and nine grandchildren.

If you are new or haven’t joined us before, this is a great opportunity to learn from some of our best mentors and churches. If you are still just trying to learn about how to launch at your church, this is still a great month to join us.
