On the fourth Thursday of each month, we gather our active mentors and pastors to build community, encourage each other, and talk best practices as we create mentoring environments where people can go deep with each other and with God.

For our next conversation, we’re gathering on Thursday, March 23rd, at 12pm ET to talk about how to manage a monthly mentoring meeting and get the best out of your three hours together. 

During our conversation, we'll cover…

• How to manage the different personalities in your group, utilizing their unique gifts and strengths during your meetings.
• How to get the most out of each mentee, challenging them from meeting to meeting.
• How to manage a 3-hour timeline and what to emphasize in each section.
• When it's okay to push the agenda to the side.

And then we want to hear from you! If you have best practices about how you manage your mentoring meetings, come prepared to share why they work well.
