Every other month, we gather our active mentors, church staff, and pastors to build community, encourage each other, and discuss best practices as we create mentoring environments where people can go deep with each other and God.

For our 2025 Mentor-to-Mentor conversations, we are relying on Radical Mentoring mentors and friends to share their stories, best practices, and lessons learned. Our next conversation will be on Thursday, February 27th, at 12 p.m. ET. 

We invited David Pyle and Michael Breed, our longtime friends and mentors from Johnson Ferry Baptist Church, to lead our discussion. David and Michael have seen all sides of the process.  They are co-mentors who have been mentored and now tag team their mentees during the season. 

During our time together, David and Michael plan to discuss:

• How they leverage their one-on-one conversations with mentees and each other to help drive their conversations
• Supporting mentees in the group with struggling marriages on the fast track to separation or divorce
• Identifying mentees hiding within the group...often around sexual integrity challenges
• Impactful stories and moments they have had with Radical Mentoring
