MENTOR TRAINING
Dive deeper into the in's and out's of effective mentoring.
There is no specific training required to be a Radical Mentor. Your training comes from the life lessons – sometimes very hard life lessons – that you’ve had getting to where you are. Your experiences, especially your mistakes, are what have trained you to be a mentor.
But, that said, there are things you can do to be more effective as a Radical Mentor. In these training modules, you'll learn from Radical Mentoring founder Regi Campbell and Radical Mentoring President Kevin Harris. In the videos, they'll walk you through some of the important things you need to know and will want to be thinking about as you prepare for your mentoring season. And then don't miss the articles and resources in each module for an even deeper dive.
